Tried visiting Apple’s website today, but found it not working properly? Don’t worry, you are not alone. Apple’s website is down for many users. The website couldn’t load properly and some of the images couldn’t load. Some users have also reported seeing ‘403 illegal errors’ messages on their screens.

It appears that not only India but users in other countries are also facing downtime. Users are also taking to microblogging site Twitter to report the problem. Here’s a tweet from one of Apple’s users:

The issue may affect customers who are planning to order the new iPhone 14 series. This comes on a day when three of the iPhone 14 series phones – iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will go on sale.

Apple iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max come with the new A16 Bionic chipset with 6 core CPU and 5-core GPU. The main features that these two phones offer are crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, a new 48MP main camera and ‘Dynamic Island’ design. With the iPhone 14 series, Apple has reduced the smaller model and instead replaced it with a Plus variant with a larger screen.

With the iPhone 14 line, Apple has also introduced SOS via satellite. The technology combines traditional components with software to allow antennas to connect directly to satellites, enabling messaging with instant service when out of cellular or Wi-Fi range. Emergency SOS via satellite will be available to users in the US and Canada in November, and the service will be free for two years.

Apple also launched three new smartwatches this year – Apple Watch 8, Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Ultra. Apple Watch Series 8 and the second-generation Apple Watch SE are available to order on apple.com and on Apple’s app store. They will be in stores and for delivery from September 16. While the Apple Watch Ultra will be in stores from September 23.
