Back in 2017, Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor took the world of combat sports by storm with their unprecedented boxing match that saw 4.3 million pay-per-views and grossed over $550 million. The fight’s success opened the door for big crossover fights, and a rematch has been rumored ever since.

According to reports, Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor are now set to face off again in the $1.5 billion fight series. The reports come after Mayweather revealed he had held talks with McGregor last month. Rumors suggest that The Money Team is currently in talks with the UFC star team for a two-fight deal where the two fighters will meet in the boxing ring and the MMA octagon.

Although nothing has been set in stone, the leaked details indicate that the fights will both be for the record and Mayweather may have put the trademark “TBE (The Best Ever)” on the line. The boxing classic and MMA rules are also expected to take place in Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia in 2023.

It is also noted that TMT fighter Jervonta Davis and opponent Ryan Garcia are believed to be the undercard for Floyd Mayweather’s first fight with Conor McGregor II.
