Apple unveiled four new iPhones during a press conference on Wednesday, along with three new Apple Watches, updated AirPods Pro and a feature that could save lives when there is no cellular service.

iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 PlusApple fans can now buy a full-sized iPhone without paying the price of a Pro. The new iPhone 14 (6.1 inches) and iPhone 14 Plus (6.7 inches) have longer battery life, the same chip as last year’s iPhone 13 Pro model (A15) and a new camera system, including a 12 MP main camera with zoom. pixels, faster aperture and better sensors. Other features: the ability to focus on the front camera; a new mode of operation that will allow users to maintain peace of mind while moving; and remove the physical SIM card, opt instead for a digital, “e-SIM” card.
Price: iPhone 14 starts at $799 and the highest model iPhone 14 Plus starts at $899. Colors: midnight, starlight, blue, blue and red model.
iPhone 14 Pro: Apple’s Premium iPhone line has redefined premium quality in search of a pill type. Inside it holds a depth camera, and includes a new feature that Apple calls “the island,” for widgets on your lock screen and access to music control, timer and other features. The models will come in four colors: space black, silver, gold, and deep purple.
AirPods Pro 2: The latest wireless headphones have a long-lasting battery, a button on the bottom of the case that alerts you to the location of the noise-canceling technology. Price: $249; hits stores on Friday.
Three new Apple Watches:
Apple Watch Ultra ($799): A premium smartwatch designed for outdoor enthusiasts. Think: deep water divers and triathletes. It has a bright display, is water resistant, comes with a built-in charger and gets 60 hours of use.
At present, Series 8 — which starts at $399 for the GPS model and $499 for the cellular model — includes women’s health, along with updated cycle tools that can predict ovulation. It can also detect when the user has been in a car accident.
Apple Watch SEwhich starts at $249 for the GPS model and $299 for the cellular model, and has crash detection technology, and is faster than the previous model.
Satellite connection: Emergency SOS by Satellite can be a lifesaver for people who need to communicate when they are killed. By pointing the iPhone 14 at a satellite in the sky, which the phone will help locate, users can send and receive information to get emergency help even when cellular service is down.
